Privacy Policy

This policy explains how KESHVA CALENDAR, published by BITLOK TECHNOLOGY, handles information when you use the Android application.

Information stored on your device

Your chosen language, city, theme, month system, favourites and reminder settings are stored locally on your device. Panchang calculations, festival search, widget content and notification schedules are processed locally. We do not operate an account database for the app.

Optional location

If you choose “Use current location,” Android may provide approximate or precise coordinates. The app uses them transiently to select the nearest supported city. Raw coordinates are not retained by KESHVA CALENDAR, uploaded to our servers or included in advertising requests. You may deny location permission and select a city manually.

Notifications

If enabled, festival, Ekadashi and daily Panchang reminders are scheduled locally. Notification permission is optional and the app remains usable when it is denied.

Advertising and consent

Calendar and Festivals screens may display limited banner advertising through Google Mobile Ads. Google and its advertising partners may process device or other identifiers, IP-derived information, ad interactions and diagnostic information to provide, secure, measure and improve advertising. Where required, Google’s User Messaging Platform requests consent and provides privacy choices before advertisements are requested.

What the app does not contain

KESHVA CALENDAR contains no sign-in, cryptocurrency wallet, payment, keylogging or remote-access feature. We do not sell personal information. The app does not send your Panchang selections, meditation activity or raw location to the advertising SDK.

Meditation and wellness

Offline meditation sounds are provided only for general relaxation and are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. The app does not collect health data or claim to prevent, manage or cure any condition.

Age suitability

The app is intended for adults aged 18 and over. It is not designed for or directed to children.

Data retention and security

Locally stored preferences remain until you change them, clear app data or uninstall the app. Advertising data is handled under Google’s policies and retention practices. We use platform permissions and local storage controls designed to limit unnecessary access.

Your choices

• Use manual city selection instead of location permission.
• Disable notifications in the app or Android settings.
• Open advertising privacy choices from Settings when required.
• Clear local app data or uninstall the app.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when app features, SDKs or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top will identify the latest version.
